We understand perfectly the requirements of a business meeting- from easy booking to smooth and punctual service throughout the day. Our team is here to make sure your business meetings are a success.
Not only are all our meeting rooms air-conditioned, they also benefit from firstclass presentation facilities such as flipcharts, projectors, TV, DVD, and audio systems – all with hardware support. We also have a wireless network provided by BT Openzone.
Our catering service is easily adapted to all types of meeting – from a welcoming breakfast to working lunches and hot or cold buffets. Hot and cold drinks and snacks can also be provided throughout the day.
We can also provide full sit-down dining facilities and we have a 24-hour drinks licence.
Weddings and Social Functions
Our aim is to make your day as perfect as possible and we offer a superb range of menus for buffet or formal dining. Our rooms have generous natural light and neutral décor that is the perfect backdrop for your choice of fresh flowers and linen.
Your catering requirements will be discussed in detail with our experienced event managers who will be happy to provide expert advice on getting the best value for you. We can cater for most tastes and budgets.
In the event that you have any special dietary requirements, our skilled catering staff will be happy to help. All that we ask is that you notify us in advance.
For younger guests, we can provide a selection of play activities and we are also able to help you contact a range of entertainers should you wish for some live action!
For a lasting record of your day we have extensive grounds for outdoor photography.
Team building
A successful team is a group that collectively achieves much more than it would individually. We are able to host a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor teambuilding games and activities throughout the Concorde Centre. Our website covers just a small selection of teambuilding activities that can be arranged.

Our large conference suites and smaller meeting rooms can be used for breakout sessions. The site covers over 35 acres of land and has a wide range of sports facilities, which are ideal for outdoor activities. Our sports fields are recognised as amongst the best of their type in the South East of England.
We have links with companies that can organise all manner of group and corporate teambuilding games and activities for both large-scale events and team incentives or for the smaller training activity or 'family' type event.
