We’re completely flexible and can provide any of the following.

Theatre Style
  • Used for product launches, presentations, displays
Uses chairs in rows to maximise the number of delegates
Seats face a stage area, head table, or speaker

  • U-Shape / Horseshoe
  • Seating around three sides of the room
Square layout good for small presentations or discussions

  • A series of conference tables set in the shape of the letter U. This layout style is often used where an audio or visual presentation is to be made.

    Boardroom Style
  • Centrally located table
Ideal layout for a debate or discussion
    Popular for smaller meetings

  • Usually a rectangular or oval table set up with chairs around all sides and ends. This layout is often used for management or department meetings.

    Cabaret Style
  • All delegates facing front
Small tables allow optimal room occupancy
    Ideal for small-group training courses

  • Small tables with chairs around only half the table so that no guests have to sit with their back to a presentation. These tables are big enough for drinks but not suitable for dining.

    Banquet and Dining Style
  • Round tables for large groups
Can be co-located with a dance floor
Popular for weddings and evening entertainment

  • Tables suitable for seating 8-12 guests. Used for formal dining or buffets.

    Classroom Style
  • Chairs facing the front of the room
    Delegates have their own workspace
Ideal for note taking, training on laptops or meetings with handouts
