We’re completely flexible and can provide any of the following.
Theatre Style
Uses chairs in rows to maximise the number of delegates
Seats face a stage area, head table, or speaker
U-Shape / Horseshoe
Square layout good for small presentations or discussions
A series of conference tables set in the shape of the letter U. This layout style is often used where an audio or visual presentation is to be made.
Boardroom StyleIdeal layout for a debate or discussion
Popular for smaller meetings
Usually a rectangular or oval table set up with chairs around all sides and ends. This layout is often used for management or department meetings.
Cabaret Style
Small tables allow optimal room occupancy
Ideal for small-group training courses
Small tables with chairs around only half the table so that no guests have to sit with their back to a presentation. These tables are big enough for drinks but not suitable for dining.
Banquet and Dining Style
Can be co-located with a dance floor
Popular for weddings and evening entertainment
Tables suitable for seating 8-12 guests. Used for formal dining or buffets.
Classroom Style
Delegates have their own workspace
Ideal for note taking, training on laptops or meetings with handouts
